Free UK returns. Attach the label and take your return to a ParcelShop drop offEvri logo

1. Fill out the Returns Note and enclose it with your item(s) in the parcel, making sure the order number is clearly visible.
2. Attach the pre-paid Evri label received with your order to your parcel ensuring the original delivery labels are covered
3. Take your parcel to a ParcelShop drop off, where you will be given a receipt to retain until you receive an email from us to confirm that your refund has been posted. Click here to find your nearest ParcelShop.
4. If you need to print a new label, click here and enter your order number and email address.

24/7 InPost Lockers
Free UK returns. There’s no printing or label required and you can avoid the usual queues. Just scan. Drop. Done.

InPost Lockers are in handy locations like supermarkets (inc. Tesco, Morrisons and Lidl) and train stations.


1. To find your local locker: https://inpost.co.uk/lockers/
2. Visit the returns portal to generate a QR code: https://returns.inpost.co.uk/mintvelvet
3. Complete the Returns Note and enclose with your item/s inside your parcel, there’s no need to attach anything to the outside of your parcel
4. Scan the QR code on your phone at the locker and select your parcel size
5. Place your parcel inside the locker and close the door
6. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process

Collect+
Free UK returns. Attach the label and drop your return at one of thousands of Yodel locations

1. To find your nearest Yodel location visit: https://www.yodel.co.uk/store-locator
2. Attach the Yodel label received with your order to your to your parcel ensuring the original delivery labels are covered.
3. Complete the Returns Note and enclose with your item/s inside your parcel
4. Take your parcel to any Yodel store, where you will be given a receipt and tracking code to retain until you receive an email from us to confirm that your refund has been processed.
5. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process.
6. If you need to print a new label, visit https://www.yodel.co.uk/returns/mintvelvet and enter your order number and email address.

 

Return to Store
Free UK & Ireland returns. Return in person to one of our Boutique stores (excludes outlets)

Return your item/s in person to one of our Boutique stores (excluding Portsmouth Gunwharf Quays, Kildare, Clarks Village, Swindon, Ashford, Cheshire Oaks, Brown Thomas, Arnotts and concessions/department stores). Find your nearest Boutique by using our online Store Locator.

Make sure you bring all paperwork with you, including any documents which may be on the outside of the parcel – for Dundrum returns, bring your confirmation e-mail (printed or on your phone). If you purchased by card, we’ll need the original payment method you used to purchase the order in order to process your refund.

Please note we can only accept returns from orders placed in the same country and currency as the store trades in. For example, our Dundrum boutique in Ireland can only accept Irish returns purchased in Euros, and not N. Ireland returns purchased in GBP. Our boutiques are not able to accept parcel returns by post, please send them to our DC instead following the instructions provided.

Royal Mail
Free UK returns. Print your returns label and drop off at your nearest Post Office or arrange a free home collection

  1. To return your parcel click here where you can choose to either arrange a free home collection or choose to print your label and drop off at your nearest Post Office branch.
  2. Enclose the Returns Note with your item(s) inside the parcel, making sure the order number is clearly visible.
  3. Make sure you keep the receipt and 'proof of postage' until you've received your refund. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process.

International
Returns via DHL

  1. Complete the Postal Returns Note (you will find this inside your parcel) and enclose with your item/s inside your returns parcel.
  2. Visit https://web.global-e.com/Returns/Portal/mZqN (this will take you to a different website) to generate your pre-paid return label.
  3. Enter your order number and your email address, then click Next.
  4. Select the item/s you wish to return, choose a reason from the drop down menu and click next.
  5. Print the pre-paid return label and affix it securely to the outside of the package.
  6. Now, you can either drop off your parcel or arrange for a collection:

Option 1

– Drop off your parcel to one of DHL’s local service points.
- To find your nearest service point follow the link below:
- https://locator.dhl.com
- Select your country from the drop down menu and enter your location.
- Select Send a shipment.
- Tick I have a shipment with a DHL label and click Search.
- All available service points will be listed.

Option 2

- Arrange a collection with DHL online
- Visit https://returns.dhl.co.uk/ereturns/
- Select your country from the drop-down menu and click Go.
- Enter your return waybill number that is printed on your return label and click Schedule pickup.
- Fill out the schedule pickup form. Your pickup address will populate automatically, based on your waybill number.
- Check the details are correct and then click Schedule Pickup.
- A summary and confirmation of your pickup will then display, please take a note of your booking reference number.

Please note that the cost of shipping your return back to us will be deducted from your total order refund.( Excludes Republic of Ireland & US orders)

Once the order has reached our international Returns Hub and has been inspected, please allow 5-10 workings days for a refund to be credited back to your payment method.

Christmas Returns | Any item purchased from the 10th October 2023, can be returned up until 31st January 2024.

 

If something is not quite right or you’ve changed your mind – returns are easy! Choose your preferred option and return the unworn item(s) to us within 28 days for a full refund. Our UK returns usually take up to 10 working days and you’ll be notified as soon as the refund has been processed. For the rest of the world, we aim to process the return within 5 days of receiving the item(s).

 

Exclusions apply: for hygiene, swimwear can only be returned with the hygiene strip still attached, chocolate and gift boxes & wrapping sales are final, while earrings and face coverings can't be returned to us unless faulty.
