Our 2030 goal
Support the philanthropic pledge of giving money, time and resources to our charitable causes and launch an international charity partnership in our sourcing community by 2030.
We’re committed to designing products that have a lower impact on the planet. It is part of the Mint Velvet DNA to make life a little lovelier and use our success as a force for good.

Our charities
We feel it is our responsibility to give back and ensure our success is a source of good, which is why we are so proud to support the work of some amazing charities.
Women for Women International
Since 1993, Women for Women International has helped more than 500,000 marginalised women in countries affected by war and conflict. They directly work with women in 8 countries, offering support, tools and access to life-changing skills to move from crisis and poverty to stability and economic self-sufficiency.
The Will Houghton Foundation
Set up in loving memory of our CEO's son, Will. Will Houghton Foundation works with UK charities to help 14–24 year olds to reach their potential through education and sport. Will Houghton (24.07.95 – 29.01.16) was an intelligent, loving, inquisitive and motivated man with a love of family, the outdoors, sea and cycling.
Wardrobe Foundation
Wardrobe Foundation is a social enterprise based in Cranborne, Dorset set up to provide quality and personalised clothing to women in need of clothing support across Dorset, Hampshire, Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch. Wardrobe foundation partners with local charities to deliver clothing gift bags. Helping women to feel confident & empowered.
Newlife
Since 2017, we've been working with Newlife, a charity that’s changing the lives of disabled and terminally ill children across the UK. We donate all our old season stock and production samples to their stores to be sold to raise money for their amazing work.
World Land Trust
For more than 30 years, World Land Trust (WLT) and its overseas project partners have been instrumental in the purchase and protection of more than 2,222,247 acres of tropical forest and other threatened habitats, and together ensure that more than four million acres of land is managed under active protection worldwide.
