Pass on clothes you no longer wear with our RE:LOVED service and receive a discount code to spend at mintvelvet.com. We want you to love our garments for a long time but when you no longer wear something, extend its life by passing it on to keep perfectly good pieces out of landfill.

Choose the Mint Velvet item(s) you no longer wear. It only takes a few clicks, no photos needed.
POST ITEMS
Pack your item(s) in any packaging you already have, please ensure they are clean and undamaged. Send them for free, using a pre-paid postage label.
RECEIVE A DISCOUNT CODE
Once your items(s) arrive, we’ll check them to ensure they are in an acceptable condition. We will then send you an email containing your discount code to spend at mintvelvet.com

How do Mint Velvet recycle the clothing I send back?
The items are sold at 2nd hand samples sales, a 3rd party concession who stock second hand clothing or we use our My Wardrobe HQ recycling partner who ensure nothing gets sent to landfill & everything is recycled.
Can I take my items into a store to recycle and receive a discount code?
This service is only available online currently.
Do I have to pay for postage to send my items?
No, when you go through the form, a free postage label will be generated. You can either print the label at home or use the QR code at the Post Office counter to produce a label.
What if I return an item from another brand?
We only provide a discount code for returned MV items and cannot return your item if it arrives and is from another brand. Instead we will ensure it is properly recycled via the channels mentioned above.
What timeline do I have to redeem my discount code?
3 months from date of issue
Are there any other restrictions with the discount code issued?
You can only redeem your discount code on FULL PRICE items, with a minimum spend of £50, & only one code can be applied per order. Discount codes are issued in maximum £25 values.
Where can I spend my discount code?
Currently you can only redeem your discount code on mintvelvet.com by adding the code to the promotional code box at the checkout. We are hoping to be able to accept vouchers in our Boutique stores soon, but we are not able to do this yet.
How long does it take to receive my discount code?
Your discount code will be sent to you within 2-4 working days of receiving your parcel. Please check your tracking link so you can see the date of receipt.
Whom do I contact if I am having trouble completing the online trade-in form, with postage or my discount code hasn't arrived within the specified timescale?
