My promotion code has not applied to the order, can you help?
If your discount code wasn’t applied to your order or you forgot to enter it, providing the code is valid and hasn’t expired, please contact us with the details and we’ll do our best to assist you. Please note discount codes are only valid on full- priced items, only one promotion code can be used per order & gift cards, delivery charges and gift wrap are excluded from promotional discounts.

I’ve received a promotional code, where do I enter this?
At the checkout, just enter the code into the promotional code box and click ‘Apply’ – the total cost will automatically update. If you are paying with a gift card or e-voucher, this can be added before or after your promotion code.

When will the discount be applied to my order?
Once you have entered your promotion code into the promotional code box and click ‘Apply’, the discount will be applied to your order in the checkout.

Can I enter more than one promotion code?
Only one promotion code can be used per order.

Do you offer student discount?
We offer a 10% discount off all full priced items. This is valid in our stand alone Boutiques with a valid NUS card. Please note that student discount cannot be used online and we apologise for any inconvenience caused by this. 

Do you offer blue light discount?
Please register on the blue light website to receive a unique 10% discount code to use on your order - you can register up to three times a month! If you encounter any issues with your code, please contact blue light directly or alternatively send us proof of your blue light membership here and we will be happy to help. Please note the discount is valid against full priced items only.

I have a discount code I obtained using the RE:LOVED service, are there any restrictons?
You can only redeem your discount code on FULL PRICE items (excluding gift cards, delivery charges & gift wrap), with a minimum spend of £50, & only one code can be applied per order. Discount codes are issued in maximum £25 values. Please be aware this code is for one time use only. These codes are valid for 3 months from date of issue and only available to use online.

Can discounts be applied when using the Try Before You Buy payment method?
Yes, you can use a Mint Velvet discount code when placing an order through the Try Before You Buy checkout.
