Do I have to pay for postage to send my items? 
No, you do not have to pay for the postage. We are only working with the courier, Evri, at the moment. When you go through the form you can either generate a free Evri postage label which you can print at home or use the QR code at an Evri counter to produce a label.

Can I take my items into a store to recycle and receive a discount code? 
This service is only available online currently.

What if I return an item from another brand?
We only provide a discount code for returned MV items and cannot return your item if it arrives and is from another brand. Instead we will ensure it is properly recycled via the channels mentioned below.

How long does it take to receive my discount code?
Please allow up to 10 working days from when the team receive your parcel for your discount code to arrive. Please check your tracking link so you can see the date of receipt.

What timeline do I have to redeem my discount code?
3 months from date of issue

Where can I spend my discount code?
Currently you can only redeem your discount code on mintvelvet.com by adding the code to the promotional code box at the checkout. We are hoping to be able to accept vouchers in our Boutique stores soon, but we are not able to do this yet.

Are there any other restrictions with the discount code issued?
You can only redeem your discount code on FULL PRICE items, with a minimum spend of £50, & only one code can be applied per order. Discount codes are issued in maximum £25 values. Please be aware this code is for one time use only.

How do Mint Velvet recycle the clothing I send back?
The items are sold at 2nd hand samples sales, a 3rd party concession who stock second hand clothing or we use our My Wardrobe HQ recycling partner who ensure nothing gets sent to landfill & everything is recycled.
